Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm may be processed the following business day.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £4.99
- Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed) — £11.99
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times are typically 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@crepcollectionclub.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
