Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for online purchases, beginning from the date you receive your item. For purchases made in-store, returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@crepcollectionclub.co.uk. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We kindly ask customers to inspect their items upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please ensure you inspect your item before removing any tags. Once the tag has been removed, all claims become null and void.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Pre-loved items

  • Gift cards

These items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.


Christmas Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased between 24 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 may be returned for exchange only until 8 January 2026. A valid email receipt is required for all Christmas-period exchanges.
